A Little Disruption This Week But Hooray For 2 Closings

Big thank you to teammate Dave and Superior Title of Sanibel this week. I was in a car accident Wed and still stuck at Gulf Coast Medical Center. Luckily no serious injuries, so should be out soon. Please excuse any formatting errors below, I am winging this without my laptop., Hooray for two closings this week and Happy Friday to all.  
 
Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association
There was no meeting at the island Association of Realtors this week,. Next Thursday is an Open Caravan.

Looking at the residential real estate activity posted in the SanCap MLS, since last Friday, there have been 15 new sales posted: six Sanibel condos, five Sanibel homes, three Captiva condos, and a Sanibel lot. 
During the same time, there were six new residential listings and 12 price changes.
