What are the HOA fees for your listing at Captain’s Walk and what is the minimum lease term? Thank you!
Condo fee at Captains Walk #B2 is $395/month. Monthly rental minimum. For several years it was rented annually by a CROW intern for $1,475/month. When she left the area, they decided to sell.
Is the Sanibel river affected by the algae blooms and red tide ? Are there dead fish, strong odor or other environmental impact on the Sanibel river, particularly near Spanish Cay ?
Red tide is a bloom in saltwater (gulf side). The blue-green algae is in the canals of Cape Coral around the Caloosahatchee River. No impact from either that I am aware of in the Sanibel River. The Sanibel City Manager is posting reports daily on http://www.MySanibel.com.
